工業設計量產的過程中,包含市場競爭、材質、組合、製造與生產效率等過程上的限制。設計工學其內涵強調組成與創造二個面向,教授學生在製造過程中,以程序性及規範性方法去思考及規劃不同設計元件組合與創新,提升學生工業設計量產的創造邏輯之知識。課程將透過理論與實作了解生活用品或生活輔具之各項案例了解設計元件之材質、形態與組成,利用程序性及規範性方法創造工業設計品。
The process of industrial design includes limitations in the process of market competition, material, combination, manufacturing and production efficiency. Design engineering has two aspects: composition and creation. During the manufacturing process, students think and plan different design components combinations and innovations through procedural and standardized methods to improve students' knowledge of creative logic in industrial design. The course will understand the materials, shapes and composition of design components through theoretical and practical understanding of the various cases of daily necessities or living equipment, and use procedural and standardized methods to create industrial designs.
