教學目標(1)使學生兼具家禽產業發展趨勢之認知。(2)具有專業表達與學術發表的能力。(3)具有研究創新畜牧生產相關技術的能力。學生通過此課程後所培養的能力包括(1)具有更深一層的家禽營養學理之基礎。(2)具有執行與改善動物飼養管理之能力。Teaching objectives (1) To enable students to have an understanding of the development trends of the poultry industry. (2) Have the ability to express yourself professionally and publish academically. (3) Have the ability to research and innovate technologies related to livestock production. The abilities developed by students after passing this course include (1) having a deeper foundation in poultry nutrition theory. (2) Have the ability to implement and improve animal feeding and management.
