本課程以畜產系高年級為教學對象,希望已具備對禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種及畜產品加工等專業知識之同學,能將其綜合而成為經營一連貫性的畜牧事業。主要內容包括近年來畜牧產業新知,國家政策,各種估測經營規模之指標、牧場規劃,相關企業組織之人事、原物料、財務結構、品質與銷售管理,以及畜牧產業自動化、動物用藥與疫病防治等。This course is aimed at senior students in the Department of Animal Husbandry.
