使學生能夠藉由簡單的生化實驗學習生物化學之原理，並提升學生對生化之興趣。Enable students to learn the principles of biochemistry through simple biochemical experiments and enhance students' interest in biochemistry.
本課程內容有配製緩衝液、胺基酸之酸鹼滴定、半乳糖之米式常數、各種醣類定性、測定糞便中的脂肪、薄色層分析、蛋白質定量、蛋白質純化、親和層析分析及ELASA等實驗。
The contents of this course include preparation of buffers, acid-base titration of amino acids, rice constant of galactose, characterization of various sugars, determination of fat in feces, thin chromatography analysis, protein quantification, protein purification, affinity chromatography analysis and ELASA and other experiments.
