本課程期望學習者可以思考並回答:
一、社會工作是什麼、如何成就一位好社工、及上述之於理論的關係?
二、社會工作理論的主要類型、發展脈絡、與基本內容
三、社會工作者可能扮演的角色與權力之間的關係
四、社會工作理論對實務工作的指引與侷限?This course expects learners to think about and answer:
1. What is social work, how to make a good social worker, and the above-mentioned relationships in theory?
2. The main types, development structures, and basic content of social work theory
3. The relationship between the roles and powers that social workers may play
4. What are the guidelines and limitations of social work theory on practical work?
本課程內容希望透過對「社會工作理論」的系統性介紹與討論,綜融、
統整過去的經驗和相關的知識。課程內容將從微視、中視、鉅視等架
構出發,分別介紹精神分析觀點、危機介入取向、心理暨社會派、任
務中心取向社會工作理論,以及中後期的生態系統觀點、增強權能觀
點社會工作、基進社會工作、女性主義社會工作等理論。以協助增強
學生對於社會工作專業的批判能力,融會貫通了解理論在實務實踐時
的重要性。社會工作專業時常被詬病理論與實務分離,但實際上理論
是實務工作時的一盞明燈,在工作迷茫時,可以指引處遇方向燈塔。
