1.概念與理論:認識障礙的概念變遷,探討障礙者在社會環境中如何被定位以及社會障礙如何形成,進而建構從事身心障礙服務的基本知能與理論基礎。
2.政策與實務:理解政策與實務上的操作化;從醫療與健康照護、就業、福利、社區居住與照顧等實務面向探討障礙者的需求、培養障礙服務領域的專業能力。
3.體驗與服務:設計體驗學習與專題報告,並結合實務參訪與服務,開啟學生在障礙服務領域上的實務接觸與主動學習,瞭解障礙實務領域的運作。1. Concepts and theories: Understand the changes in the concept of disability, explore how people with disabilities are positioned in the social environment and how social barriers are formed, and then construct the basic knowledge and theoretical basis for providing services for people with disabilities.
2. Policy and practice: Understand the operationalization of policy and practice; explore the needs of people with disabilities from practical aspects such as medical and health care, employment, welfare, community living and care, and cultivate professional capabilities in the field of disability services.
3. Experience and service: Design experiential learning and special reports, combined with practical visits and services, to enable students to have practical contact and active learning in the field of disability services, and to understand the operation of the field of disability services.
這是一門介紹及探討身心障礙者社會工作的基礎課程。本課程將從障礙的歷史文化、障礙的概念、理論及ICF新制的探討,逐步引導學生思索「障礙」在社會建構下的多層次意涵。本課程亦簡要介紹不同障別的特質,進而從障礙者的醫療與健康照護、就業、福利、社區照顧、社會參與等實務面向,探討與講述現行相關政策規劃與服務輸送。除了課程講授,在教學策略上,本課程也結合影片、體驗學習、學生專題討論與報告等,以銜接實務運作,強化學習效果。
This is a basic course that introduces and discusses social work for people with disabilities. This course will gradually guide students to think about the multi-layered meaning of "disorder" under social construction from the discussion of the history and culture of disorder, the concept and theory of disorder, and the new ICF system. This course also briefly introduces the characteristics of different disabilities, and then discusses and describes the current relevant policy planning and service delivery from practical aspects such as medical and health care, employment, welfare, community care, and social participation for people with disabilities. In addition to course lectures, in terms of teaching strategies, this course also combines videos, experiential learning, student discussions and reports, etc., to connect practical operations and enhance learning effects.
