本課程係社會福利導論進階課程,同學們學了許多社會福利的基本知識,但是關注的焦點大致著眼於理論的層次,這門課期待同學們修習之後具有社會福利行政執行的能力,包括掌握行政的要義,瞭解行政的作為,懂得如何評估與分析等技能。This course is an advanced course on social welfare. Students have learned a lot of basic knowledge about social welfare, but the focus is roughly on the level of theory. This course hopes that students will have the ability to implement social welfare administrative skills after they are trained, including mastering the key points of administration, understanding administrative behavior, and knowing how to evaluate and analyze skills.
This course embodies a comprehensive examination of human services administration; it covers the administrative functions, factual approaches, methods application, and managemental outlooks which involve a synthesis of practical and conceptual framework.
