根植於共同生活的土地,社區工作成為社會工作者重要的三大工作方法之一。本課程將從各國社區組織與社區發展的歷史脈絡開始,進入社區工作的基本概念;接著,藉由實際社區組織參訪與社區基本調查學習,相互參照各種社區工作的重要理論與實務議題,學習社區工作之重要工作方法,以養成社區工作者的基本能力為學習之目標。
Rooted in the land of common life, community work has become one of the three important working methods of social workers. This course will start from the historical context of community organizations and community development in various countries, and then enter the basic concepts of community work; then, through visits to actual community organizations and basic community surveys, we will learn from each other the important theoretical and practical issues of various community work. The important working methods of community work are to develop the basic abilities of community workers as the learning goal.
