這門課程討論的主題是「工作」與「生活」，工作如何透過組織在資本主義社會中形構我們的生活；在全球化潮流下，為何我們越來越難以兼得工作與生活？基於此，本課程從工作、家庭、健康、社會變遷等概念出發，探索生活中的經濟面向與其他面向的交錯影響。我們試圖說明：工作與生活的關係，不單單是個人的選擇，而是個人機遇、工作結構、家庭結構、與社會結構共同交織的產物。The theme of this course is "work" and "life". How work shapes our lives through organizations in capitalist society; under the trend of globalization, why is it increasingly difficult for us to have both work and life? Based on this, this course starts from the concepts of work, family, health, social changes, etc., and explores the intertwined influence of economic aspects and other aspects of life. We try to explain that the relationship between work and life is not just a personal choice, but the product of personal opportunities, work structure, family structure, and social structure.
