這門課程討論的主題是「工作」與「生活」，工作如何透過組織在資本主義社會中形構我們的生活；在全球化潮流下，為何我們越來越難以兼得工作與生活？基於此，本課程從工作、家庭、健康、社會變遷等概念出發，探索生活中的經濟面向與其他面向的交錯影響。我們試圖說明：工作與生活的關係，不單單是個人的選擇，而是個人機遇、工作結構、家庭結構、與社會結構共同交織的產物。The topic of this course discussion is "work" and "life". How can work form our lives in a capitalist society through organization; under the trend of globalization, why is it becoming increasingly difficult for us to have both work and life? Based on this, this course develops from the concepts of work, family, health, social change, etc., to explore the interfering influence of economic and other aspects in life. Our trial illustration: The relationship between work and life is not a single choice, but a property that is jointly intertwined with personal opportunities, work structures, family structures, and social structures.
