本課程旨在介紹資本主義與福利國家兩者的關係，說明政治、經濟等
歷史脈絡如何形塑各國的社會政策與福利，進而分析台灣的醫療保健、年金制度、
鼓勵生育、社會救助等社會政策，藉此瞭解台灣的福利體制在世界福利體制中的
