本課程旨在介紹資本主義與福利國家兩者的關係，說明政治、經濟等
歷史脈絡如何形塑各國的社會政策與福利，進而分析台灣的醫療保健、年金制度、
鼓勵生育、社會救助等社會政策，藉此瞭解台灣的福利體制在世界福利體制中的
定位。

This course aims to introduce the relationship between capitalism and welfare countries, and to explain politics, economy, etc.
How historical ties shape the social policies and welfare of various countries, and then analyze Taiwan's medical health care and annuity system,
Encourage social policies such as childbirth and social assistance to understand Taiwan's welfare system in the world's welfare system
position.
