教育目標 Course Target

領導(Leadership)在組織中的意義,乃是針對工作環境中的人員,導引與指揮其行為朝向特定目標的過程。領導的議題是組織管理領域中最常被拿來研究的課題之一,也是具有最漫長的歷史與豐富的文獻,因為吾人向來均相信所有組織與企業的興衰榮枯都是依靠有效的管理與卓越的領導。本課程將首先探討與領導相關的概念及理論,例如:權力、衝突與合作、溝通及協調、個人與團隊決策,及組織文化等議題,接著比較管理者與領導者之間的差異,然後再依序介紹領導的各種理論:特質論、行為論、領導者與部屬的互動論、權變論,以及新特質論,最後探討組織文化與領導的關係。 本課程除了課堂上討論所有相關的理論與概念,更希望學生能夠透過閱讀各種傳記及企業的報導來達到理論與實務的相互印證。Leadership means in organization to guide and guide the process of guiding and guiding people in the work environment toward specific goals. The leader's question is one of the most commonly studied topics in the organizational management field, and it also has the longest history and rich literature, because we have always believed that the ups and downs of all organizations and enterprises rely on effective management and excellent leadership. This course will first explore concepts and theories related to leadership, such as: power, conflict and cooperation, communication and coordination, personal and team decisions, and organizational culture. Then compare the differences between managers and leaders, and then introduce various theoretical discussions led in sequence: characteristics, behavioral discussions, leaders and departments interactions, rights changes, and new characteristics discussions, and finally explore the relationship between organizational culture and leadership. In addition to discussing all relevant theories and concepts in the class, this course also hopes that students can achieve mutual verification of theory and practice through reading various transcripts and corporate reports.
