教育目標 Course Target

本課程目標讓學生瞭解刑法的基礎理論以及實務發展，學習的學生可以獲得刑法的重要概念以及分析個案之能力。

The goal of this course is to enable students to understand the basic theory and practical development of criminal law. Students who study this course can acquire important concepts of criminal law and the ability to analyze individual cases.
