本課程作為大學部選修課程，主要目標是希冀學習者能理解社區意識的概念以及台灣社區發展之實際，並從中培養社區關懷。因此，本課程將以各縣市的地方特色為基礎，協助同學掌握不同區域推動社區發展工作之特徵，並正確理解台灣地方自治與社區發展的關聯性，以思考社區發展在台灣的定位與走向。As a college department’s selection course, the main goal is to hope that learners can understand the concept of community consciousness and the actual development of Taiwan’s community, and cultivate community concerns from it. Therefore, this course will be based on the local characteristics of each county and city, help students to master the characteristics of promoting community development work in different regions, and correctly understand the relationship between Taiwan’s local autonomy and community development, so as to think about the positioning and trend of community development in Taiwan .
