透過課堂講授、個案討論與田野調查方法將理論與實務結合,讓學生了解,憲政民主體制對於利益團體對行政或立法機關進行遊說的規範,以及在台灣現行法令架構下,如何組織人民爭取權益,改變政策方向或既定政策。Combining theory and practice through classroom lectures, case discussions, and fieldwork methods, students can understand the norms of the constitutional democratic system for interest groups to lobby the executive or legislative bodies, and how to organize people to fight for their rights and interests under Taiwan's current legal framework.
