透過課堂講授、個案討論與田野調查方法將理論與實務結合，讓學生了解，憲政民主體制對於利益團體對行政或立法機關進行遊說的規範，以及在台灣現行法令架構下，如何組織人民爭取權益，改變政策方向或既定政策。Through classroom lectures, case discussions and field investigation methods, the combination of theoretical discussions and practices will allow students to understand the rules of political democracy for interest groups to travel to administrative or legislative agencies, and how to organize the people to gain rights under the framework of the current legal framework in Taiwan.
