本課程以德國的議會民主為研究對象,探討議會民主發展的過程,以及幾部憲法制度設計上的延續與進化。希望透過對德國議會民主的討論,能幫助同學進一步瞭解議會民主的內涵、發展模式的可能、以及制度設計上的特徵。This course takes German parliamentary democracy as the research object, exploring the development process of parliamentary democracy, as well as the continuation and evolution of the design of several constitutional systems. It is hoped that the discussion on German parliamentary democracy will help students further understand the connotation of parliamentary democracy, the possibility of development model, and the characteristics of system design.
本課程以德國與東歐的民主發展為課程主軸,探討德國議會民主發展的過程、幾部憲法制度設計上的延續與進化,並進而討論東歐地區的民主化軌跡,及其與德國的關係。課程目的在於幫助同學對東歐地區民主化有較細部與理論層次的認識,並透過對德國議會民主的討論,能讓同學進一步瞭解議會民主的內涵、發展模式的可能、以及制度設計上的特徵。
This course takes the development of democracy in Germany and Eastern Europe as the main theme, discusses the development process of German parliamentary democracy, the continuation and evolution of the design of several constitutional systems, and then discusses the trajectory of democratization in Eastern Europe and its relationship with Germany. The purpose of the course is to help students gain a more detailed and theoretical understanding of democratization in Eastern Europe. Through the discussion of German parliamentary democracy, students can further understand the connotation of parliamentary democracy, the possibility of development models, and the characteristics of institutional design.
