本課程以德國的議會民主為研究對象，探討議會民主發展的過程，以及幾部憲法制度設計上的延續與進化。希望透過對德國議會民主的討論，能幫助同學進一步瞭解議會民主的內涵、發展模式的可能、以及制度設計上的特徵。This course takes the German Congress democracy as the research object, explores the process of democratic development of Congress democracy, as well as the extension and evolution of several political systems. We hope that through discussions on democracy in Germany, we can help students further understand the connotation of democracy in the society, the possibility of development models, and the characteristics of institutional design.
本課程以德國與東歐的民主發展為課程主軸，探討德國議會民主發展的過程、幾部憲法制度設計上的延續與進化，並進而討論東歐地區的民主化軌跡，及其與德國的關係。課程目的在於幫助同學對東歐地區民主化有較細部與理論層次的認識，並透過對德國議會民主的討論，能讓同學進一步瞭解議會民主的內涵、發展模式的可能、以及制度設計上的特徵。
This course takes the democratic development of Germany and East Europe as the main course, explores the process of democratic development of the German Congress, the extension and evolution of several legal systems, and then discusses the democratization of the Eastern Europe region and its relationship with Germany. The purpose of the course is to help students to have a detailed understanding of the democratization of Eastern Europe and the theoretical discussions, and through discussions on the democracy of Germany, students can further understand the connotation of democracy, the possibility of development models, and the characteristics of institutional design.
