政治運作乃是以「人」為主體,經由歷史演進,思潮轉變,人類社會漸次發展出豐富且多元的政治文化及制度。政治、歷史、制度,可謂構成研究當代政治議題的三大主要面向,本課程對台灣政治發展的分析,便將以此三者為基,並旁及比較政治的視野,依次檢視當前台灣民主社會實際運作問題。民主政治作為當前人類社會最主要的生活方式,其演進過程乃至於適用所產生的利弊得失,自是本課程最希望學習者掌握的重點。思想產生制度,而制度的運作,更透過人為因素予以延續或轉化,未來民主如何被實踐?應如何被看待?均同樣是學習者應不斷省思的重要觀念。Political operations are based on "people". Through historical evolution and changes in ideological trends, human society has gradually developed rich and diverse political cultures and systems. Politics, history, and institutions can be said to constitute the three main aspects of studying contemporary political issues. This course's analysis of Taiwan's political development will be based on these three aspects, and from the perspective of comparative politics, in order to examine the current reality of Taiwan's democratic society. Operational issues. As the most important way of life in current human society, democratic politics, its evolution process and even the pros and cons arising from its application, are naturally the focus of this course that learners are most expected to master. Thoughts create systems, and the operation of systems is continued or transformed through human factors. How will democracy be practiced in the future? How should it be viewed? Uniformity is an important concept that learners should constantly reflect on.
