本課程乃是政治系政治理論組一年級的必修課程。其內容主要從四個層面，亦即民主憲政的相關理論、我國憲法條文的具體規定、大法官會議的釋憲文以及台灣地區政黨政治的實際運作等，來探討當前我國五權憲政體制的相關爭議（諸如雙重行政權、兩元立法權、多元司法權等），及其未來可能的發展。藉由理論與實際的相互驗證，引發學生對於我國憲政議題的興趣，進而培養學生對於我國憲政體制運作的基本知識，以期具備分析判斷、政策規劃與公共服務的能力。This course is a compulsory course in the first grade of the Political Theory Group of the Department of Politics. The content mainly comes from four levels, namely the relevant theories of democratic governance, the specific provisions of our national legal documents, the controversy of the Supreme Court meeting, and the actual operation of political party politics in Taiwan, etc., to explore the current relevant disputes of the five-rights political system of our country. (such as double administrative rights, two-yuan legislative rights, diversified judicial rights, etc.), and its possible future developments. Through mutual verification of theory and actuality, students are attracted to their interest in the issue of political discussions in our country, and thus cultivate students' basic knowledge of the operation of political systems in our country, in order to have the ability to analyze and judge, policy planning and public services.
