本課程屬個體經濟學的應用，目的在使受過經濟學訓練的學生有更廣的視野及思維，更能運用經濟分析工具。使學生能利用經濟學的分析工具，來分析一些法律學上的問題，諸如財產權，契約，侵權行為及犯罪行為等。

This course is an application of individual economics, with the purpose of giving students who have been trained a wider vision and thinking, and more able to use economic analysis tools. Enable students to use economic analytical tools to analyze some legal issues, such as property rights, contracts, infringement and criminal acts.
