透過課堂講授、參訪即實作方式進行本課程之教學,休息本課程後希望讓修習本課成的同學對不動產具備基本之知識。We will teach this course through classroom teaching and visiting practice. After resting this course, we hope that students who have studied this course will have basic knowledge of not being able to develop.
(1)認識不動產、不動產之定義、不動產之特性及不動產權力之介紹,(2)不動產之建築開發與使用規範之介紹,(3)所有權狀、謄本等之介紹及認識地政事務所業務,(4)不動產相關法規介紹,(5)不動產買賣與仲介業務,(6)不動產估價,(7)房屋貸款,(8)不動產稅,(9)不動產市場與不動產投資,(10)不動產證券化。
