透過課堂講授、參訪即實作方式進行本課程之教學，休息本課程後希望讓修習本課成的同學對不動產具備基本之知識。

This course is taught through classroom lectures, visits and practical implementation. After taking this course, we hope that students who have completed this course will have basic knowledge of real estate.

（1）認識不動產、不動產之定義、不動產之特性及不動產權力之介紹，（2）不動產之建築開發與使用規範之介紹，（3）所有權狀、謄本等之介紹及認識地政事務所業務，（4）不動產相關法規介紹，（5）不動產買賣與仲介業務，（6）不動產估價，（7）房屋貸款，（8）不動產稅，（9）不動產市場與不動產投資，（10）不動產證券化。

(1) Understand the definition of real estate, the characteristics of real estate and the introduction of real estate rights, (2) Introduction to the construction development and use regulations of real estate, (3) Introduction of title deeds, transcripts, etc. and understand the business of land affairs offices, (4) Introduction to real estate related laws and regulations, (5) Real estate sales and intermediary business, (6) Real estate valuation, (7) Housing loans, (8) Real estate tax, (9) Real estate market and real estate investment, (10) Real estate securitization.
