由於市場之變革與科技的進步，購併與重組的活動與日俱增，影響之層面亦愈來愈廣。本課程介紹學員購併與重組之重要觀念: 從購併之程序、購併策略流程、法律架構、合併與收購理論、價值評估、財務規劃、購併策略、至公司價值創造。由不同觀點來研討，配合購併實證研究，使購併與重組之工作架構完整呈現，協助提升企業價值。上課主要以研討方式進行。

As market changes and technological advancements, the activities of purchasing and reorganization are increasing day by day, and the impact is becoming more and more widespread. This course introduces important concepts of student purchase and reorganization: from the purchase procedures, purchase strategy processes, legal structure, merger and purchase discussion, value assessment, financial planning, purchase strategy, and company value creation. We will discuss it from different perspectives and cooperate with the purchase and implementation research to fully present the work structure of purchase and reorganization, helping to enhance the corporate value. The courses are mainly conducted through seminars.
