1.以時勢及商管課程相關個案,如台塑管理精髓-魚骨圖分析等方法,培養學生:
(1)打破傳統思維,訓練觀察力、思考力、判斷力、應變力及掌握「關鍵」核心的能力。
(2)邏輯推理分析方法,追根究底的精神及能力。
(3)口頭及書面表達能力。
2.因應未來趨勢及企業人力需求的核心專業能力及人格特質,以情境訓練制定相關課程及個案,如目標管理等,除瞭解基礎理論及應用技巧外,並透過整學期每週學生個別自我實際操作,培養學生:
(1)自我規劃、評量及考核之管理能力。
(2)把握人生方向,尋找優勢與自我定位,及早發掘自己興趣、性向、潛力及優缺點,化缺點為優點,並發揮長項,創造差異化價值。
(3)建立風格,放大格局,正面思考,熱忱工作,才是人生成功關鍵。∼Cultivation of business management talents with the ability to solve "new" problems and create competitive advantages∼
1. Use current trends and relevant cases in business management courses, such as Formosa Plastics Management Essence - Fishbone Diagram Analysis, to train students:
(1) Break traditional thinking and train observation, thinking, judgment, adaptability and the ability to master the "key" core.
(2) Logical reasoning and analysis methods, the spirit and ability to get to the bottom of things.
(3) Oral and written expression skills.
2. In response to future trends and the core professional competencies and personality traits of corporate manpower needs, we will use situational training to develop relevant courses and cases, such as goal management, etc. In addition to understanding basic theories and application skills, students will also learn individual self-practice every week throughout the semester. Operate and train students:
(1) Management ability of self-planning, evaluation and assessment.
(2) Grasp the direction of life, find strengths and self-positioning, discover your interests, aptitudes, potentials, strengths and weaknesses as early as possible, turn shortcomings into strengths, and leverage your strengths to create differentiated value.

運用實務專題個案,以常識化、簡單化、生活化、邏輯化闡述理論重點及實務運用,帶動學生對討論及應用「關鍵核心」的真正瞭解,才能活用竅門,舉一反三。
1.邏輯推理及表達能力訓練─以有系統的方法,訓練學生打破傳統思維,並架構循序的思考分析,邏輯推理方式及表達能力,終生受用。
2.決策分析模式訓練─定義問題及解決問題訓練,包括(1)魚骨圖分析法及其應用、(2)目標管理、(3)利潤中心制度等訓練
3.創新策略與優勢競爭策略的基礎管理與整合訓練─由瞭解管理演進與趨勢變化及企業文化的差異,從而體認各種行業成功的營運模式與職場生態的改變與不同,企業需求職工的新特質與主管功能及升遷之道也因而迥異於以往,商管學院學生如何在此巨變的環境下,訓練自己具競爭優勢的最基本的管理理論與實務基礎。
4.理財投資及避稅訓練─商管學院學生如何整合在校所學,規劃未來的財富人生,包括(1)台灣傳統理財投資的迷失、(2)現代理財投資新趨勢與黃金定律及應有的做法、(3)節稅與避稅(包括所得稅、贈與稅、遺產稅)。
5.創新的求職(學)履歷、自傳計畫及面談準備訓練─因應職場新需求;如何找出即轉寫自己具競爭優勢與差異化的自傳來推銷自己,若發覺自己有所不足;能夠及早培養,以因應未來。
6.即時的工商產業、經濟現況分析訓練─即時分析並與商管理論結合,以落實理論的應用。
Practical case studies are used to explain theoretical key points and practical applications in a common sense, simplistic, daily life, and logical manner, so as to drive students to truly understand the "key core" of discussion and application, so that they can make full use of tips and draw inferences from one instance to other cases.
1. Logical reasoning and expression ability training - using a systematic method to train students to break traditional thinking and structure sequential thinking and analysis, logical reasoning methods and expression ability, which will be used throughout their lives.
2. Decision analysis model training - problem definition and problem solving training, including (1) fishbone diagram analysis method and its application, (2) goal management, (3) profit center system, etc.
3. Basic management and integration training of innovative strategies and advantageous competitive strategies - by understanding the evolution and trend changes of management and the differences in corporate culture, thereby realizing the changes and differences in successful operating models and workplace ecology in various industries, and the new needs of employees by enterprises. The characteristics, supervisory functions and promotion methods are therefore very different from those in the past.
