處在瞬息萬變知識經濟時代下,科技創新管理已經成為企業持續性競爭優勢與成長的原動力,然而,如何成功且不斷地推動技術與產品創新至市場與商業模式的設計成為企業經理人的一大挑戰。因此本課程強調如何讓企業經理人有效率管理創新,並從科技創新管理當代觀點與企業管理實務的角度,介紹相關理論與實際個案討論,讓同學能具備以下目標:
1. 建立同學具備創新管理的基礎能量
2. 介紹科技創新,如何創造價值與獲取價值,並且進而維持競爭的優勢。
3. 讓同學了解當下重要創新管理趨勢,並具備運用理論了解創新科技的影響與趨勢,如分享經濟、網路金融、物聯網與大數據、創新經濟等
4. 建立同學初步具備規劃、執行與評估企業的創新策略至實際企業環境之能力。In the era of rapidly changing knowledge economy, technological innovation management has become the driving force for sustainable competitive advantage and growth of enterprises. However, how to successfully and continuously promote technological and product innovation to the market and the design of business models has become a major challenge for enterprise managers. . Therefore, this course emphasizes how to enable business managers to manage innovation efficiently, and introduces relevant theories and practical case discussions from the perspective of contemporary scientific and technological innovation management and business management practices, so that students can achieve the following goals:
1. Establish students’ basic energy for innovative management
2. Introduce technological innovation, how to create and obtain value, and thereby maintain competitive advantages.
3. Let students understand the current important innovation management trends, and be able to use theory to understand the impact and trends of innovative technology, such as sharing economy, Internet finance, Internet of Things and big data, innovative economy, etc.
4. Establish students' initial ability to plan, implement and evaluate corporate innovation strategies to the actual corporate environment.
