企業管理概論(二)是管理學院的基礎課程之一,透過對管理流程之了解,將有助於未來修習與提升進階管理相關課程之知識與能力。
本課程目的在協助大學部學生了解管理領域的基礎理論,並培養學生應用理論解釋實務現象之能力,以落實所學習之理論於未來工作之中。同時,藉由多元化學習方式將管理學內容導入日常生活,以強化管理學之學習與認同。Introduction to Business Management (2) is one of the basic courses of the School of Management. Through the understanding of management processes, it will help to study and improve the knowledge and abilities of advanced management-related courses in the future.
The purpose of this course is to help undergraduate students understand the basic theories in the management field, and to cultivate students' ability to apply theories to explain practical phenomena, so as to implement the theories they have learned in their future work. At the same time, management content is introduced into daily life through diversified learning methods to strengthen the learning and recognition of management.
