本課程主要包含奈米粉體、奈米薄膜種類之介紹,並說明物理與化學方法製作奈米粉體與薄膜奈米薄膜之合成方法如,氣相法、液相法、固相法。併配合實驗室之參訪,期能對奈米材料之製造技術有深刻瞭解。奈米材料在尺寸、外觀、粒徑、膜厚及力學特性、機械特性、光學特性、表面結構以及電性、磁性、能量皆不相同。如何挑選適當並具經濟效益的量測方式,先須對各項量測技術有廣泛及初步的認識。本課程藉由週全的解說,搭配儀器參訪的機會,以增進對奈米量測技術的認識瞭解This course mainly includes an introduction to the types of nanopowders and nanofilms, and explains the physical and chemical synthesis methods of nanopowders and thin films, such as gas phase method, liquid phase method, and solid phase method. By cooperating with the laboratory visit, we hope to gain a deep understanding of the manufacturing technology of nanomaterials. Nanomaterials are different in size, appearance, particle diameter, film thickness, mechanical properties, mechanical properties, optical properties, surface structure, electrical properties, magnetism, and energy.
