本課程內容包含:QA/QC的觀念;電子學;放大訊號減小雜訊;儀器各部份的原理;火焰式原子吸光儀、石墨式原子吸光儀、感應耦合電漿質譜儀、氣相和液相層析儀、離子層析儀等原理之介紹。
The content of this course includes: the concept of QA/QC; electronics; amplifying signals and reducing noise; the principles of each part of the instrument; flame atomic absorption spectrometer, graphite atomic absorption spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, gas phase and Introduction to the principles of liquid chromatography and ion chromatography.
