1.瞭解企業資訊系統應用現況與效益
2.瞭解ERP之發展﹑內涵﹑範圍與效益
3.瞭解ERP系統從接單﹑採購﹑存貨﹑進貨與銷售之營運流程，並在ERP系統之實務操作流程
