本課程以培養學生理解經營管理理論、觀察產業界實際動態能力，作為授課目標。This course aims to cultivate students' ability to understand business management theory and observe actual trends in the industry.
本課程透過系統解說方式，探討經營管理學的演進、組織文化與結構、組織領導與溝通、人力資源與工作設計、製造管理、科技管理等，使學生用經營管理角度理解管理學的精義。為使學生打好基礎，指定具代表性之教科書，配合綿密的小考，要求學生循序研讀。本課程以培養學生經營管理理論暨觀察產業界實際動態能力為目標。
This course uses systematic explanations to explore the evolution of business management, organizational culture and structure, organizational leadership and communication, human resources and work design, manufacturing management, technology management, etc., allowing students to understand the essence of management from the perspective of business management. In order to lay a solid foundation for students, representative textbooks are designated, combined with detailed quizzes, and students are required to study them in sequence. This course aims to cultivate students' business management theory and ability to observe actual trends in the industry.
