教育目標 Course Target

The intent of this course is to bridge the gap between engineering theory and practice. Students will be exposed to various aspects of designing a chemical process. Equipment design, process feasibility, economics, and safety issues will be addressed. 本課程以案例實作來介紹化工製程設計,包括設備與製程設計,製程經濟評估等課題,目標乃在加強大四同學運用化工專業核心知識的能力,以及提升同學製程分析及工程設計方面的能力。The intent of this course is to bridge the gap between engineering theory and practice. Students will be exposed to various aspects of designing a chemical process. Equipment design, process feasibility, economics, and safety issues will be addressed. This course uses case studies to introduce chemical process design, including equipment and process design, process economic evaluation and other topics. The goal is to strengthen senior students' ability to apply core knowledge of chemical engineering and improve students' abilities in process analysis and engineering design. .
