本課程透過在各主要器官系統出現的常見疾病，介紹目前主治的藥物，讓同學達到以下目標：
1. 瞭解藥物進入人體的途徑和在體内的路程
2. 認知人體可能發生的異常狀況
3. 認識身體異常情況下可用的藥物種類
4. 列出各藥種當中的典型藥物例子(prototypical examples)並解説其機理This course introduces the currently treated drugs through common diseases that occur in major organ systems, allowing students to achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the way drugs enter the human body and their journey within the body
2. Understand possible abnormalities that may occur in the human body
3. Understand the types of drugs available in cases of physical abnormalities
4. List prototypical examples among various types of drugs and explain their mechanisms
