本課程透過在各主要器官系統出現的常見疾病，介紹目前主治的藥物，讓同學達到以下目標：
1. 瞭解藥物進入人體的途徑和在體内的路程
2. 認知人體可能發生的異常狀況
3. 認識身體異常情況下可用的藥物種類
4. 列出各藥種當中的典型藥物例子(prototypical examples)並解説其機理

This course introduces the current main drugs through common diseases that appear in major organ systems, allowing students to achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the way drugs enter the human body and the journey within the body
2. Understand the abnormal situations that may occur in humans
3. Understand the types of drugs available under abnormal physical conditions
4. List typical examples of each drug and explain its mechanism
