課堂中以介紹日本古典文學的代表作品為主，藉由閱讀古典名著進入日本古典文化的世界，進而培養學生對《表象》的詮釋力，且能擁有獨立思考與判斷的能力。The classroom mainly introduces representative works of Japanese classical literature. By reading classical classical works, we enter the world of Japanese classical culture, and then cultivate students' ability to think and judge independently.
日本古典表象文化論（二）在（一）之後，我們的目標是透過欣賞古典作品來獲得對古老日語、過去文化和生活樣態的一定程度的認知。另外，我們將持續觀察一件古典作品的形成，可能引用自日本或中國的其他古典作品，或受到其影響，甚或影響著現代的文學和藝術。
Japanese Classical Representative Culture Review (II) After (I), our goal is to gain a certain degree of understanding of ancient Japanese, past culture and lifestyle through appreciation of classical works. In addition, we will continue to observe the formation of a classical work, which may be cited from other classical works in Japan or China, or are affected by it, or even influence modern literature and art.
