3.透過引發修課同學對於傳統中國政治制度的興趣，培養學生對現代政府機構與政治事件的關懷與思考。1. Lead the course students to understand the establishment and implementation of policies of central and local government agencies in the Ming and Qing dynasties.
2. By introducing the events and figures that affected the adjustment of the political system in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, students can understand the connection between the implementation of the political system and the operation of personnel.
3. By arousing students' interest in the traditional Chinese political system, students will be encouraged to care and think about modern government agencies and political events.
