1.網路化與全球化之下的生活環境,對跨領域知識的追求熱忱與運用能力,成為當代青年所必備。
2.共時授課,是高等教育界為因應上述趨勢所規劃,故為「104年度人文及社會跨界科學知識跨界應用能力培育計畫」而開設本課程
3. (A)學習:(花草茶葉).就地取材、資源重複利用、創意與美學、製造產值
(B)觀察與記錄:人與自然之間,簡約與繁複的辯證關係。※Course Objective
1. In the living environment under the Internet and globalization, the pursuit of cross-field knowledge and the ability to apply it have become a must for contemporary youth.
2. Co-teaching is planned by the higher education sector in response to the above trends. Therefore, this course is established for the "104th Annual Humanities and Social Science Cross-Border Application Ability Cultivation Project"
3. (A) Learning: (herbs and tea). Local materials, resource reuse, creativity and aesthetics, manufacturing output value
(B) Observation and recording: the dialectical relationship between simplicity and complexity between humans and nature.
