1.網路化與全球化之下的生活環境,對跨領域知識的追求熱忱與運用能力,成為當代青年所必備。
2.共時授課,是高等教育界為因應上述趨勢所規劃,故為「104年度人文及社會跨界科學知識跨界應用能力培育計畫」而開設本課程
3. (A)學習:(花草茶葉).就地取材、資源重複利用、創意與美學、製造產值
(B)觀察與記錄:人與自然之間,簡約與繁複的辯證關係。※Course Objective
1. The living environment under online and globalization, the pursuit of cross-domain knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to use has become a must for contemporary youth.
2. Co-teaching is planned by the higher education community in response to the above trends, so this course was started for the "104th Annual Cross-border Scientific Knowledge Cross-border Application Capacity Cultivation Plan"
3. (A) Learning: (herbal tea leaves). Local materials, reuse of resources, creativity and aesthetics, and manufacturing value
