教育目標 Course Target
刑法分則是依據保護法益定位其體系，歸類出侵害個人法益、侵害社會法益以及侵害國家法益等三大類型，在這三大類型下再細分出個別罪章。希望能幫助同學建立體系架構，清楚掌握基礎概念。
The criminal law is divided into three categories based on the protection of legal interests: infringement of personal legal interests, infringement of social legal interests, and infringement of national legal interests. Individual crimes are further subdivided under these three categories. I hope it can help students establish system architecture and clearly grasp basic concepts.
