Law of Criminal Procedure
教育目標 Course Target
1.使履修者能認識刑事訴訟法學以及刑事訴訟法，併進一步引起其學習熱誠及研究興趣。 2.使履修者能理解刑事訴訟法之體系以及相關規定適用於具體程序之運作流程，併能進一步操作運用於具體個案。 3.使履修者能理解刑事程序運作之理論與實務。 4.使履修者能學習如何閱讀判決並分析之。
1. To enable trainees to understand criminal procedural jurisprudence and criminal procedure law, and further arouse their enthusiasm for learning and research interest. 2. To enable trainees to understand the system of criminal procedure law and the operational procedures of relevant provisions applicable to specific procedures, and to further apply them to specific cases. 3. To enable trainees to understand the theory and practice of criminal procedure operations. 4. To enable trainees to learn how to read and analyze judgments.
