本課程在於建立修課學生民法債編的基礎概念，輔以理解實務操作民法債編之方式，學習基礎的民事財產法之方法與解釋。課程目標有四：

一、建立學生民法債編之基礎知識，並使之熟悉基本原則操作。
二、使學生熟悉司法實務關於債編問題之見解。
三、培養學生獨立思考與發展民事財產法之相關問題。
四、訓練學生回應操作民事財產法的原理運作模式。

This course aims to establish the basic concepts of civil law debt editing for students, supplement it by understanding the practical methods of civil law debt editing, and learn the basic methods and interpretations of civil property law. The course has four objectives:

1. Establish students’ basic knowledge of civil law debt collection and familiarize them with basic principles and operations.
2. To familiarize students with judicial practice’s views on debt compilation issues.
3. Cultivate students to think independently and develop issues related to civil property law.
4. Train students to respond to the principles and operating modes of civil property law.

總則編為民法之基礎，本課程說明我國民法總則編之原理原則，注重培養對我國法制的瞭解，從學理與實務上學習民法之運用方法。期能使同學熟悉民法總則的基本概念與思維方式，以奠定未來民法其他各編之基礎。

The General Principles are the basis of civil law. This course explains the principles and principles of the General Principles of my country's Civil Law. It focuses on cultivating an understanding of my country's legal system and learning how to apply civil law from both academic and practical perspectives. This course aims to familiarize students with the basic concepts and ways of thinking of the General Principles of Civil Law, so as to lay the foundation for other parts of the Civil Law in the future.
