『運動休閒』在21世紀是一個極為重要的議題，且休閒不再只是著重在室內的活動，越來越多的戶外休閒活動逐漸得到重視。本課程主要在學習休閒活動企劃概念，著重於設計更多元的運動休閒活動，從不同族群之休閒需求與資源分析，到休閒活動規劃與執行，包括活動行銷、人力物力分配、預算規劃及活動後成效評估。期許學生修習完此課程後可以針對不同年齡層或族群規劃適合的運動休閒活動，對於運動休閒活動的規劃有更清楚的認知。

"Sports and leisure" is an extremely important topic in the 21st century, and leisure is no longer just focused on indoor activities. More and more outdoor leisure activities are gradually receiving attention. This course mainly focuses on learning the concept of leisure activity planning, focusing on the design of more diverse sports and leisure activities, from the analysis of leisure needs and resources of different ethnic groups, to the planning and execution of leisure activities, including event marketing, manpower and material resource allocation, budget planning and post-event effectiveness evaluation. It is expected that after completing this course, students can plan suitable sports and leisure activities for different age groups or ethnic groups, and have a clearer understanding of the planning of sports and leisure activities.
