Basic of Food Traceability System

教育目標 Course Target

長久以來,因為台灣的食品生產技術以及安全管理的方式深受日本的影響,所以台灣的食品相關產業,經常與日本的產業界以及學界進行緊密的技術合作。我國在加入WTO之後,農業生產事業或是自然資源開發就更面臨自由化與國際化的浪潮,除了生產的品項與技術邁入多元化,商品流通方式更是朝向國際合作經濟體系而發展。
日本的北海道乃是日本之農業生產重鎮,因此許多大型食品企業皆在此地區設立營運總部或是加工場。在本校位於北海道的姊妹校(北星學園大學)的協助下,特別規劃本項計畫。期待藉由實施此項計畫,可以協助本校農學院各系所之學生可以及早自我開發學習能力,訓練出具備因應未來職場之能力,也強化處理國際事務之職能。本項計畫擬協助學生達成下列目標:
(1)自我啟發對於職業生涯的規劃
(2)學習日本食品企業為了食品安全管理而導入的最新加工技術
(3)吸收日本的食品企業在因應市場國際化所推動的新產品開發與經營策略
(4)了解日本企業於食品安全與衛生之措施
(5)拓展個人對於國際學習之視野,培養處理國際事務之能力
(6)藉由參觀日本的知名食品企業與自然資源,聽取企業發展簡報並理解其國際化經營策略

For a long time, because Taiwan's food production technology and safety management methods have been deeply influenced by Japan, Taiwan's food-related industries have often conducted close technical cooperation with Japanese industry and academia. After my country joined the WTO, agricultural production or natural resource development has faced a wave of liberalization and internationalization. In addition to diversifying production items and technologies, commodity circulation methods have also developed towards an international cooperative economic system.
Hokkaido, Japan, is Japan's agricultural production center, so many large food companies have set up operational headquarters or processing plants in this area. This project was specially planned with the assistance of our sister school in Hokkaido (Hokusei Gakuen University). It is expected that through the implementation of this project, students from various departments of the School of Agriculture of our school can develop their own learning abilities as early as possible, train them to have the ability to cope with the future workplace, and also strengthen their functions in handling international affairs. This project aims to help students achieve the following goals:
(1) Self-inspiration for career planning
(2) Learn the latest processing technologies introduced by Japanese food companies for food safety management
(3) Absorb new product development and business strategies promoted by Japanese food companies in response to market internationalization
(4) Understand Japanese companies’ food safety and hygiene measures
(5) Expand personal horizons for international learning and cultivate the ability to handle international affairs
(6) By visiting well-known food companies and natural resources in Japan, listen to corporate development briefings and understand their international business strategies
