教育目標 Course Target
本課程有二個目標：一是讓學生了解績效管理之理論與實務；二是讓學生實際進行績效管理制度的設計。
This course has two goals: first, to allow students to understand the theory and practice of performance management; second, to allow students to actually design a performance management system.
課程概述 Course Description
績效管理是使用績效資訊影響計畫、政策或組織行動以追求公共服務最大化利益的過程。本課程介紹政府部門績效管理之理論與實務，包含下列內容：績效管理的意義內涵與理論、世界各國績效管理的作法、我國績效管理的實際運作情形、績效衡量的原則與步驟、績效指標的建構及績效管理的反思與未來展望。
Performance management is the process of using performance information to influence plans, policies or organizational actions in pursuit of maximizing the benefits of public services. This course introduces the theory and practice of performance management in government departments, including the following contents: the meaning, connotation and theory of performance management, the practice of performance management in various countries around the world, the actual operation of performance management in my country, the principles and steps of performance measurement, the construction of performance indicators, and reflection and future prospects of performance management.
