透過資料研讀、課堂研討、團體工作方案規劃實作，以及團體工作經驗分享等方式：
1.學習和了解小團體動力學，並能將所學分析與運用在團體活動中；
2.理解社會團體工作意義、類型、工作程序與團體領導技巧；
3.能將團體工作專業知識與技能運用在社會福利機構，以提供專業服務。

Through data study, classroom discussions, group work plan planning and implementation, and group work experience sharing, etc.:
1. Learn and understand small group dynamics, and be able to analyze and apply what you have learned in group activities;
2. Understand the meaning, types, work procedures and group leadership skills of social group work;
3. Be able to apply professional knowledge and skills in group work to social welfare institutions to provide professional services.
