教育目標 Course Target
本課程為總論性質，主要介紹行政法之基本概念、行政法原理原則、行政法之法律關係以及行政法之法源等。主要讓學生瞭解行政法之基本概念與原則，以便能將這些原則應用在不同的公法領域中。此外，本課程除介紹基本理論外，並搭配案例教學，使學生能將行政法學生應用於個案上。
This course is an overview and mainly introduces the basic concepts of administrative law, principles and principles of administrative law, legal relationships of administrative law, and legal sources of administrative law. It mainly allows students to understand the basic concepts and principles of administrative law so that they can apply these principles in different fields of public law. In addition, in addition to introducing basic theories, this course is paired with case teaching to enable students to apply administrative law students to individual cases.
