教育目標 Course Target
本課程只在促使修習者能深入瞭解地方政府行政人員的服務作為，並由關鍵績效指標(Key Performance Indicator;KPI)為工具，研究如何評比服務績效
This course only aims to enable practitioners to have an in-depth understanding of the service performance of local government administrators, and use Key Performance Indicator (KPI) as a tool to study how to evaluate service performance.
