日新月異的科技帶動了環境的快速發展，使得產品的周期越來越短。以往以勞力、土地、設備及技術做為人類賴以致富的資源，可能要被『智慧資本』所取代。管理學界咸認界二十一世紀乃係所謂的『知識世紀』，很明顯的面對此一世紀的來臨，無論個人或組織均應調整其生存之道，方不至於被快速變遷的時代所淘汰。既然智慧成本和企業之永續發展息息相關，一個企業應如何來整理、消化這些智慧成本呢？
本課程旨在探討企業如何來推動知識管理，藉由知識的分享與交流建構知識管理系統，以為企業帶來競爭優勢。本課程除了探討歷史人物之管理相關風格、本土及國際知名企業之知識管理外，同學可就課堂上之互動學習分組完成研究報告。

Rapidly changing technology has led to the rapid development of the environment, making product cycles shorter and shorter. In the past, labor, land, equipment and technology, the resources on which mankind relied to make wealth, may be replaced by "intelligent capital". The management community has widely recognized that the 21st century is the so-called "knowledge century". It is obvious that with the advent of this century, both individuals and organizations should adjust their ways of survival so as not to be eliminated by the rapidly changing era. Since smart costs are closely related to the sustainable development of an enterprise, how should an enterprise sort out and digest these smart costs?
This course aims to explore how enterprises promote knowledge management and build knowledge management systems through the sharing and exchange of knowledge to bring competitive advantages to enterprises. In addition to exploring the management-related styles of historical figures and the knowledge management of well-known local and international companies, this course also allows students to complete research reports in interactive learning groups in the classroom.
