4. 建立同學初步具備規劃、執行與評估企業的創新策略至實際企業環境之實作能力。

3. Make students familiar with the innovation process, architecture design and effective strategies and practices for innovation application
4. Establish students' initial ability to plan, implement and evaluate corporate innovation strategies and implement them in actual corporate environments.

課程概述 Course Description

本課程在研討創新管理對應於<產業創新議題>及<企業創新應用>之策略規劃作為,透過個案研討及企業案例的導入,探討<產品創新><製程創新><服務創新>與<管理創新>等多元範疇之規劃實施及評估控制,提供企業管理者應用創新管理之有效學習。

This course studies the strategic planning of innovation management corresponding to "Industrial Innovation Issues" and "Enterprise Innovation Application". Through case studies and the introduction of corporate cases, it explores the planning, implementation and evaluation control of multiple areas such as "Product Innovation", "Process Innovation", "Service Innovation" and "Management Innovation", providing effective learning for enterprise managers to apply innovation management.
