課程概述 (系所共同性目標)
. 本課程為奈米電子與能源技術組研究所規劃之進階光電課程,使學生了解光電半導體元件的進階知識,並培養其對光電元件設計概念。希望同學修完這門課程,可以在研究上有實務上幫助,未來不管是繼續升學及工作都可以從事與光電元件相關的研究或行業。
課程目標:
1.本課程內容元件部分包含發光二極體、雷射、光感測器、太陽能電池…。
2.本課程介紹光電半導體物理及製造技術及如何應用在製造光電元件。
3.本課程期望讓學生了解光電元件與系統關連姓,並有利於同學日後在光電相關的研究與就業。
Course Overview (Common Objectives of the Department)
. This course is an advanced optoelectronics course planned by the Institute of Nanoelectronics and Energy Technology Group to enable students to understand advanced knowledge of optoelectronic semiconductor components and develop their design concepts for optoelectronic components. I hope that after completing this course, students will be able to get practical help in research, and they can engage in research or industries related to optoelectronic components whether they continue their education or work in the future.
Course objectives:
1. The components of this course include light-emitting diodes, lasers, light sensors, solar cells...
2. This course introduces the physics and manufacturing technology of optoelectronic semiconductors and how they are applied in manufacturing optoelectronic components.
3. This course hopes to allow students to understand the relationship between optoelectronic components and systems, and to facilitate students' future research and employment in optoelectronics.
課程概述 Course Description
由電磁波原理與固態電子學為出發,首先,讓學生了解各種奈米光電元件之基本物理及特性。其次,再介紹各類型光電器件之材料結構、設計及其應用,進一步使學生了解這些電子元件在日常生活中對於光、電、通訊等產業之應用。
Starting from the principles of electromagnetic waves and solid-state electronics, first, let students understand the basic physics and characteristics of various nano-optoelectronic components. Secondly, the material structure, design and application of various types of optoelectronic devices are introduced to further enable students to understand the application of these electronic components in the light, electricity, communications and other industries in daily life.
