人力資源管理 (Human Resource Management) 一直是國內外企業所重視的議題。透過有系統的管理方式，發展個人能力，有策略的運用人力資源以強化企業組織的競爭力。

Human Resource Management has always been an issue that domestic and foreign companies attach great importance to. Through systematic management methods, we develop personal abilities and strategically use human resources to strengthen the competitiveness of corporate organizations.

人力資源管理(Human Resource Management)近年來深受國內企業界重視。人力資源管理是把人和組織結合在一起，透過系統化的方法，使個人得到發展，並達成企業組織目標為目的。本課程並以台灣產業界個案為例，探討人力資源管理之實務問題。

Human Resource Management (Human Resource Management) has received much attention from the domestic business community in recent years. Human resource management is the purpose of bringing people and organizations together to develop individuals and achieve organizational goals through a systematic approach. This course uses cases from Taiwan's industrial sector as examples to explore practical issues in human resource management.
