世情小說，又稱人情小說、世情書等，以「極摹人情世態之歧，備寫悲歡離合之致」為書寫特質。在志怪、神魔、歷史之外另闢蹊徑。
本課程以閱讀分析《金瓶梅》、《紅樓夢》為主，兼及前後時代之相同類型之小說，可以理解古往今來人情世故，兼及擴大研究之視野。

World Love Novels, also known as Human Love Novels, World Love Letters, etc., are written with the characteristic of "extremely imitating the differences between human feelings and the world, and preparing to write about the joys and sorrows of separation and reunion". Find a new path beyond legends, gods, demons, and history.
This course mainly focuses on reading and analyzing "Jin Ping Mei" and "A Dream of Red Mansions", as well as novels of the same type from the previous and previous eras. It can help us understand the ways of the world through the ages and expand the horizons of research.
