教育目標 Course Target

本課程為古典小說選讀,除培養同學閱讀文本、分析問題、文字及口語表達能力之外,更希望藉由課程把小說和現實人生作一結合。古今人事、時空不盡相同,但小說賦予吾人想像、思考甚或是反省的參考,前事不忘後事之師。因此本學期挑選數篇文章,或於其中思考自我定位、與人相處、小說反映的當代環境及人物的掙扎、愛情的悲歡離合,無一不與我們的生活及生命課題相關。這些也是進入大學即將展開新人生的大一新生,所需學習及面對的真實課題,除由文本出發外,亦結合時事或其他文學、影視、相關經驗的分享,希望同學藉此訓練自我思辨及多元思考的能力,更能以同理心及愛心來關懷週遭的人事物,成為「有感」之人。另透過分組討論,在讀完故事後,我們可以如何用現代人的眼光來看古人所面對的問題,也透過同學想法的激盪,提供更多的思考空間;而分組報告更是訓練同學分工合作的團體活動,從決定如何呈現主題、人員調度分配、當天上台報告的展現,都是我們在其中所能得到的寶貴經驗,這對日後自我的表達及出社會後所需最基本能力,都是極為重要的。

This course is a selection of classical novels. In addition to cultivating students' reading text, problem analysis, written and oral expression skills, it also hopes to combine novels with real life through the course. People, events, time and space in ancient and modern times are not the same, but novels give us a reference for imagination, thinking and even introspection, and we can never forget the past and the future. Therefore, I select several articles this semester, or think about self-positioning, getting along with others, the contemporary environment and the struggles of the characters reflected in the novel, and the joys and sorrows of love, all of which are related to our lives and life issues. These are also real topics that freshmen who are about to start a new life in college need to learn and face. In addition to starting from the text, they are also combined with sharing of current affairs or other literature, film and television, and related experiences. It is hoped that students can use this to train their self-critical and diverse thinking abilities, and be able to care for the people and things around them with empathy and love, and become "feeling" people. In addition, through group discussions, after reading the story, we can see how we can see the problems faced by the ancients from a modern perspective. It also provides more space for thinking through the excitement of classmates' ideas. Group reports are group activities that train students to work in division of labor. From deciding how to present the theme, to scheduling and allocating personnel, to presenting the report on the day, we can gain valuable experience in it, which is extremely important for future self-expression and the most basic abilities required after leaving society.

課程概述 Course Description

課程定位:
「中文」課程為全校大一新生共同必修課程之一,學分數2-2,共計4學分。以學院為單位,開設數門專題式文學課程,供學生依照個人興趣選課,以期能熟悉部分文學類型,達到文學欣賞、文化陶冶的目的。


教學目標:
一、分析問題與欣賞文藝,提升個人對文學藝術的知性和感性能力。
二、駕馭並應用語文、文學、文化的知識能力。
三、掌握語文表達能力。
四、具備思辨的內涵和能力。


教學內容:
透過古典或現代文學代表作品,呈現豐富、活潑的文學風格及面貌,使同學能深入探討中國文化、汲取心靈智慧、傳承文化資源,體會文學生活化、現代化及持續發展的生命力。教材擇取上,除配合教學目標外,亦根據各學院之不同特性而予以調整,另於課堂上輔以分組討論、報告、作品分享等學習方式,活化課程。並規定每學期的習作篇數,以收實際成效。


預期效果:
一、提升閱讀、欣賞及寫作之興趣與能力。
二、提升思辯、語文表達能力。
三、養成廣泛閱讀的習慣,增進涵泳文學、文化之能力。
四、開拓生活視野,培育文化素養,加強人文關懷。

Course positioning:
The "Chinese" course is one of the compulsory courses for all freshmen in the school. The number of credits is 2-2, totaling 4 credits. With the college as a unit, several thematic literature courses are offered for students to choose courses according to their personal interests, in order to become familiar with some literary types and achieve the purpose of literary appreciation and cultural cultivation.


Teaching objectives:
1. Analyze problems and appreciate literature and art, and improve personal intellectual and perceptual abilities in literature and art.
2. The ability to master and apply the knowledge of Chinese, literature, and culture.
3. Master the ability of Chinese expression.
4. Have the connotation and ability to think.


Teaching content:
Through representative works of classical or modern literature, rich and lively literary styles and features are presented, allowing students to deeply explore Chinese culture, absorb spiritual wisdom, inherit cultural resources, and appreciate the vitality of literature in daily life, modernization and sustainable development. In addition to matching the teaching objectives, the selection of teaching materials is also adjusted according to the different characteristics of each school. In addition, group discussions, reports, work sharing and other learning methods are supplemented in the classroom to activate the courses. And stipulate the number of exercises per semester to achieve actual results.


Expected results:
1. Improve interest and ability in reading, appreciation and writing.
2. Improve thinking and language expression skills.
3. Develop the habit of extensive reading and enhance the ability to understand literature and culture.
4. Broaden life horizons, cultivate cultural literacy, and strengthen humanistic care.
