教育目標 Course Target
1. Critically explore the principles, underlying research and the historical antecedents to the science of happiness, love and the relation to work.
2. Critically examine the role of positive emotions in resilience, health and wellbeing
3. Introduction to current means of assessing psychological wellbeing.
4. Determine students’ own signature strengths and evaluate the effects of consciously acknowledging and utilizing them in everyday life.
