Legal Ethics
教育目標 Course Target
就法律專業倫理部份，本課程希望完成以下目標：
1. 理解現行關於法律專業倫理之相關規範。
2. 發掘法律專業倫理規範所存在之問題。
3. 於個案中對於規範倫理做出適切判斷。
4. 學習分析專業倫理案例之方法。
Regarding the ethics part of the legal profession, this course hopes to achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the current relevant regulations on legal professional ethics.
2. Explore the problems existing in the ethical standards of the legal profession.
3. Make appropriate judgments about normative ethics in individual cases.
4. Learn how to analyze professional ethics cases.
