景觀工程的課程目標主要是教導學生，如何將景觀設計課程所學之設計構想、基本設計等內容，透過一貫的程序，成為實際的工程實績。包含：結構形式的了解及施工圖的繪製、施工規範的編列、工程預算的編列、工程發包、工程施工及施工品質控管流程，到工程驗收及移交使用。使學生了解景觀工程整體流程，並學習所需之技能。

The main goal of the landscape engineering course is to teach students how to turn the design concepts, basic designs, etc. learned in the landscape design course into actual project results through consistent procedures. Including: understanding of structural form and drawing of construction drawings, preparation of construction specifications, preparation of project budget, project contracting, project construction and construction quality control process, to project acceptance and handover. To enable students to understand the overall process of landscape engineering and learn the required skills.
